Highly qualified in business and organizational development, Timothy Lynskey heads the sales department at Dunway Services Corporation, an architectural window and door sales and installation company based in Brooklyn, New York. As a key sales executive and engineering expert for the company, Timothy Lynskey sees to multiple tasks, including façade engineering and design issues, quality control, testing, project scheduling, and materials acquisition. Timothy Lynskey is experienced at building the envelope system design for curtain wall systems, and also conducts facade-related forensic investigations during the preconstruction process.
Timothy Lynskey’s earliest experiences as a journeyman carpenter formed his career path. Intent on pursuing a career in the construction trade, Timothy Lynskey joined a carpentry apprenticeship program immediately after graduating from high school, earning the title of Journeyman in 1994. In his role as Senior Sales Executive for Extreme Windows Corporation, Timothy Lynskey supervised labor crews of over 100 tradesmen, and oversaw 20 high-rise window and door projects in the New York City metropolitan area.
Dunway Services Corporation recruited Timothy Lynskey for its sales team in 2002, and Mr. Lynskey continues to drive sales through purposeful determination and a thorough understanding of each project’s needs. In his leisure time, Timothy Lynskey enjoys reading the philosophy of war strategist Sun Tzu, and he volunteers regularly with local youth organizations. Timothy Lynskey coaches football through the Richmond Boro Plainsmen Youth Football League and he is also involved with YMCA youth activities. Mr. Lynskey donates to the Archdiocese of New York, The Grace Foundation of New York, and the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, among other organizations.
